Engine life span?
What is the life span on a S2000 engine?
Has anyone had theirs fail?
Does adding boost kill it much quicker?
I know it's still kinda a new car out, only 6 years. I'm wondering what the long term reliability is....

Totally depends on maintenance and knowing to let the engine warm up before thrashing, etc. It can blow up at 5 miles with a missed shift (3-2 at redline) or it can go 150k+ miles.
Boost will fatigue the motor faster, but no reason you couldn't get 100k+ with proper maintenance and minimal abuse.

1. Not very long compared to other hondas (see b18, b16, etc)
2. Define 'fail'
3. Most definately, car doesn't hold up NA, can't imagine adding boost.
4. Long term reliablity comes up short in my book as the S is NOT reliable.
