Sure, the VIN is on both the engine and transmission. If anyone is in the Middletown NY area and has a hook-up with the local police, let me know and I'll get you the VIN #. The accident happened there and I have an incident report #.

Ultra low mileage or not...anyone wanting a new engine is not going to pay that much of a premium for en engine with ultra low mileage....just too many ways to falsify mileage and I'd be weary of buying one that claims ridiculously low mileage for a high price.

Yeah it won't be worth more than one with 20-30k I doubt. I still think at most 2500 for it. More likely around 2000 as ap2 engines have been going for 3 grand or less recently.
