TSB = Technical Service Bullitin.
It is a document that the manufacturer (in this case, Honda) sends to the dealer to help them diagnose or correct a problem. It can offer recommendations on how to make an adjustments or on what parts to replace. TSB's are ususally intended to be between the manufacturer and the dealer. The manufacturer doesn't go out of it's way to let the general public see them although the Internet has made it a lot easier for us to find out about them.
The S2000 has had a couple of TSB's issued. The dealer, in most cases, will only act on the TSB if you specifically complain about the related problem. They will not tell you that they applied a TSB to your car unless you specifically ask so you may not know.
Good luck with your problem,
Steve R.
PS: I don't think your English is that bad. It's certainly better than my French and better than some of us who don't have the excuse of English as a second language!
PSS: To those of us who are assuming that English is JC's second language, that may not be the case. Most Europeans I've met spoke at least three languages and some, many more than that!

Yes i've got a TBS that explain the failures and the modifications to apply.
It's call : "recalled campaing for S2000 _ oil pump and spark plugs". There's three pages about the symptoms and modifications and some schemas.
You're rigth, english is not my second language.
I' speak french, japanese, portuguese, spanish, deutch and a little bit english.

Jazz, It sounds a lot like what you are describing is the rev limiter that kicks in around 6000 RPM when the engine is cold. Were most of the power losses shortly after you started driving the car each time or was the car fully warmed up?
