Default Engine shaking... same thing as bogging?

As I take off sometimes the engine vibrates and shakes.. is this the same thing as bogging? I notice it is because I do not give it enough gas and just release the clutch out and let it go... Any Ideas about what is happening and is this hurting my engine? i.e engine mounts?

Yes, you're bogging the engine, and no, it's not good for it. Clutch it.

Vibration.... just out of curiosity if it is whiplashing, i've had it happen in my old car, what is it doing?

How will I go about fixing this problem, This occurs quite often. I do clutch in when this happens or I just give it some gas and it goes away.

umm learn how to drive? give it more gas but be sure not to ride the clutch.

and yes, bogging/jerking/etc will wear out the engine mounts over time.
