I had the J's one eversince I had my S2000. I notice the engine power transfer more direct to the wheels and engine responded faster with less tilt.

The Spoon one is similar as the J's one but it comes with a pre-cut heatsheild.

What exactly does the ETD do?
It reduces engine flex so better power transfer to the wheels.

^ It is listed at $223CDN on AJ's website, does that price include the heatshield?

If I get the Arc heatshield, will it get in the way of the ETD or am I safe? The Spoon ETD I have is a PITA to install with the new puddy ETD mount. I cut my hand in 3 places.
