i remembered seeing their add on a tv commercial and thought what the heck, i'll get a quote. currently on my 2001 S2000 w/ zero glass deductible, $500 collision and comp, 50k/100k injury i pay around 167 a month with american family. esurance threw me a quote of less than $95 a month. anyone know anything about them?

I am currently insured under esurance. Switched to them about 3-4 months ago and have already had a claim (top slashed/stolen seats). They handled the situation better than I had expected but were not as personal regarding my claim as my previous insurer, Progressive.

Dealing with third party adjusters and such was kind of a pain, but in the end things turned out well.

good info, thanks. I'll look into esurance, seeing as how Progressive is the cheapest at 3,600 a year for me. geico turned me down and evverything else was around 5000 a year lol.

I'd like to hear people's opinion on esurance service. Just got a quote. I am paying $1700 a year for 3 cars now thru State Frame (not considering
S will be stored for 5 months with minimal coverage) and esurance quoted me $1320 for the same coverage!!!

The only thing I know about esurance is that they play their commercials every 15 seconds on TV . Wow, I didn't know their quotes were so low, i'll have to look into it.

I got quoted for my two cars with full coverage for 1150 every 6 by Esurance. Geico says 981 every 6 and Allstate says 1,000 every 6, just because my family has been with Allstate for a very long time.

Allstate has put my into their premium or preferred customer plans and given me every discount available. I'd prefer to go with Allstate, just because there is someone local that I can go shoot and or bomb their office if something goes wrong whereas there are no Geico offices that I know of or Esurance.
