Ever see the book "S2000"
I had to stop at Borders Book Store and for the heck of it wanted to see if there was an S2000 book on the history of the "S".
I'm not sure if anyone else has seen this... the early on prototypes were AWESOME. I figured I would suggest this (even though I didn't get a chance to buy it) for those S2K fanatics who would like to know the history of the "S".
It was pretty interesting, with plenty of photos of the early prototypes. Also gave a lot of reasoning for our design.

Funny you mention you saw it at borders, as that is where I bought my book...they actually had it in stock at the Borders right near my work! Needless to say I didn't get much done that day when I bought the book!
"Honda S2000" by Daniel F. Carney. Been there, read that.
If I had a nickel for every new post that said "Has anyone else seen this book about our car?" ............
Now that I got that off my chest-
IMO the book has some pretty pictures but is lacking in true mechanical nitty-gritty. Just my opinion.

I found it to be very informative. I love to know the history of our car, and all cars to some extent. It was very usefull last week at Midas when I discussed with the guy the S500- S800. He was very impressed that a guy 35 years old knew about a foreign car from the 60's that didn't say Porsche or Ferrari on the side. He was over 50 and very knowledgible. I told him I don't know all there is to know, but the book did give a good base to work from.

If you want to get one, I would suggest you buy it through Amazon ($13.00) but go through S2ki, that way S2ki gets a cut of the pie, while helping all of us out. Go to the Marketplace, then click on Amazon's click ad.
