If it were me, and say I lived in New Jersey, and this other guy,say he lives in Maryland, ripped me off like that...well I'd drive my unhappy a$$ up there and put a boot in his a$$. Then, I'd call the cops and have him arrested and start taking parts off his car as payment.

I would fry his A$$ its not fair that someone ripps off another member! And report the check as fraud and get his cash back (let the bank deal with the other guy)
