how do i make a loud exhaust not so loud if there isn't a silencer? i've heard of like wrapping it with some sort of material and spray painting it so it match the color of the piping. in advance.

i got a real good deal on spugen single exhaust and i heard those were loud...n im not a big fan of getting pulled ovr by cops..bcus i have attitude prob n ill just b an ass to them da whole tym so i heard that there was a some sort of mod u can do to make them quieter..
