Default Exhaust , Headers , Cold Air Intake

I've been following this site and the forum for a long time but this is the first time i needed to register and have your thoughts about my decision of the performance mods i am planning for my car which i indicated on the subject.

First of all i live in istanbul and first i thought of going all the way mugen(yes there is mugen in istanbul) since ive heard that its good and since its the official brand for Honda(in a way) and doesnt affect the warranty of the car. But the prices were way too high (About $2000 for the exhaust , $1650 for headers and $1500 for the Intake) , and this makes me go for other brands. I am kinda looking for similar or close to Mugen in terms of quality but less expensive. Here my friends advising me Fujitsubo or Invidia for exhaust , Simota intake (never heard of that brand) and XS Power Headers.. The 1st thing I am looking for is a good combination of which will bring the best quality sound Not the noiseiest if you know what i mean..
Need your suggestions.....

Well if you dont want noisy....stay away from Invidia

Best all around sound IMO:

Ricks Header + Non-Resonated Test Pipe + Fujitsubo :drool
