it depends on what you're looking for. sound, price, bling factor, dual/single, power, etc.

what do you want?

If it's power you want, ARC won't give you any. In fact, you'll probably lose power.

power and loud:

-Invidia dual or single (dual is insanely loud, single should be a lot louder)
-Singles almost always give more power
-AEM V2 is supposed to be the loudest intake that yields the most power, but i'm not sure about the high roller JDM ones (J's racing, Mugen, etc.)

focus on the piping and tuning, singles are a good way to go for power.

I wouldn't mess much with the intake, maybe a K&n drop in. CAI is very minimal and I've seen to many variables on good to none to bad gains.

The best intake for the $$ is the K&N FIPK combined with the AUT cooling plate.
The Invidia should give you good and loud sound and some power gain as the new version is 70mm. The T1R 70 Sparrow is another really nice exhaust that is 70mm and will give some gains and sound.
