Default Exhaust opinions

I was wondering if there might be any aftermarket exhausts that suit my tastes.

After riding next to my friends CBR600RR, i want something LOUD!

The main catch is this:

While i know teh invidia is very loud, i dont want a loud cruising speed, I dont think i could stand the low rpm drone.
So i was questioning if anyone knew of any exhausts that we maybe a little louder than stock at low rpms, but at WOT it would be loud as balls!

I know a bike is completely different, but i like how his is nice and quiet until 9k.
Then when he kicks it in until 16k, its SO loud. I can always hear him riding on streets blocks away.

Is there any exhausts like that, which are pretty common?

I would want to buy used to save cash so i cant do anything imported/ uncommon/ custom.

Soundclips/ videos would be nice, but with all teh videos having different sound quality and takin on different cameras, i can never tell which sounds best.

Can somebody help me ?

Thanks in advance to any replies, much appreciated

^^^ does that come in a dual?

I t would look weird with just one side and i dont have money to get a bumper.

ive listened to every s2000 exhaust video and they all sound teh same to me.
They are all taken on different cameras and from different distances so none of teh sound is equal. Its hard to tell how loud something is through videos also.
I was hoping some of you with experience could shed some light.
Is there any good silencers for the invidia that reduce only the drone?

Any experience with teh hks hi power?

thanks x10 for the comments!

I fitted a Greddy Ti-C Dual to my car this weekend, and every single youtube video out there cannot even touch the surface of how it sounds in real life.

I would really recommend this exhaust, below 5000rpm its a very deep rumble, but once you get past that 5000rpm it opens up into a full race sound that reminds you of a F1 car.

Its just insane, im getting decat and japspeed manifold next week too so ill let you know what it sounds like after this. I want fire shooting out the back when I change gear.

ASM 70mm is what you want. This exhaust SCREAMS at WOT but is very tame while cruising.

I really like the sound of the j's racing 70rr with j's racing header. If you ask me it sounds sick. As for it being a single, you could always get the other hole shaved and filled for a relatively decent price.

Dan is correct...videos are worthless when trying to decide how an exhaust sounds in real life.

Go to some S2k meets in your area and listen to a few different exhausts before making a decision.
