Which exhausts won't rust in poor weather?
I've seen a few threads on here recently that deal with rust on stainless steel exhausts for people who live in places where the climate can be unpredictable (rain, snow, sleet). What exhausts won't encounter the problem of rusting at all? Any others besides full Titanium?

Stainless shouldn't rust. I think the problem is that some manufacturers use aluminized steel for the piping, and that can rust. Go with a full stainless or Titanium exhaust and you should have no problems.

Some stainless steels will get some surface rust at exhaust temperatures. They still aren't going to rust through in the life of the car. Austenitic stainless will stay shiny forever.

Polished stainless tubing usually will not rust. The welds usually get some surface rust and sometimes if you've got an exhaust with unfinished stainless tubing (dull), you'll get some surface rust.

comptech rocks.
I do remember that the DC "full" stainless header on my previous Prelude had rusted flanges, but the piping was still shiny after the same winter. In contrast, the Fujitsubo on my S2000 is FULL stainless. Still shiny as ever through the middle of winter. Make sure to do your research before buying.
[shamelessplug] The JIC I have for sale is also 100% stainless, if you're looking. ($500!) [/shamelessplug]
