Default Fair Price for Apholstery

I have been looking into getting a few pieces of my interior reapholstered in a grey leather (Seat inserts, Door inserts, center console piece) I have been quoted around $650 is this a fair price?
Thanx,
Alex

Curious - has anyone ever had their seats re-done in some kind of cloth? Blasphemous to some, I'm sure. I've never much cared for leather since it's too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter, and hard to take care of.
