do a search, seems like the same BS that goes on ebay
someone leaves the US and takes their S2000 with them
only to find out they can't register it in that foreign country for whatever reason
then decides to sell it, putting it on e-bay, then pulling it off-auction and try to get you to put down a deposit for shipping via Western Union
