Default FAQ: Nose Ground Clearance

What is the ground clearance of the S2000's nose?
  • With OEM Chin Spoiler: 4.5 inches
  • Without OEM Chin Spoiler Spolier: 5 inches
Watch out for curbs and and cement stops when parking

Height is approximate and will differ slightly from year to year and with different sized wheels, shocks or tires.

is this height calculated from the front bumper or the wind deflector infront of the front wheels?

just be aware when you drive around. if you are lowered. then your bound to scrape something at one time or another.

yea, i know driveways and things will cause it, but im just worried about hard cornering or hard braking on an uneven surface scraping while at speed might be bad.

you mean like if you were on a highway and you hit a high steel plate and scrape?

if so, you just need to be more aware of it. look ahead of traffic or drive slower.

haha, no im not that careless.

im actually just talking about a strange surface, like going into a corner with alot of positive or negative banking, i have scraped my tire spits before on a surface like this, i know the spits go alot lower than the lip will be, im just wondering if this has been an issue with anyone.
