I am strong considering purchasing an S2K in the near future but I unfortuanately would really need the S2K to be competent as a Daily Driver. I don't live in an area where it ever Ices, Snows, ect. So that would not be a problem. I don't mind the harsh ride or loud engine noise in the cockpit either. Basically I need to know if the car can handle being used on a daily basis without breaking down?
Thanks

many owners here do it... I don't, but I do drive it to work from time to time.. and the ride is no harsh, the car is not loud(not counting wind), and drives in traffic fine.

I upgraded from a Miata, so no difference in my daily driving capacities right now. I wouldn't want to drive anything else right now.

I dont think the S2k as a daily driver is a problem at all. It is great to drive, and still a honda so very reliable! BUT, I would recommend having access to a larger car, just in case passengers and stuff are an issue. First 16k miles on mine, no problems!

It's my daily driver. The only problem is when you do drive something else it fills like wallowing old goose!

Got in our 99 F150 and I swore the front tires were flat.
