Just ordered mine from SiK182, I have very little experience with these kind of things. I am going to try to drill a hole in the key and grind it out to the size I want. I hope I don't ruin the key in the process.

Same here, dude. Just ordered mine from Sik as well. I want it to look just like Rick's. Red with the polyurethane action to keep it from scratching. Where am I supposed to go for a drill press? Damn!

Its a beatiful key. Great work Rick!

My only question would be (since I had problems with my Immobilizer) does the metal on the key run any risk or problems with the transponder?

Lucid,

I'm not sure I understand your question, but as long as the immobilizer is positioned in the same place in the key head, there should be no problem. The position of the immobilizer in relation to the ignition key slot is important, and it would not work if, for example, the immobilizer was on the outside of the key head (whatever scans the immobilizer appears to be sensitive to the both the vertical and horizontal plane of the immobilizer, as well as it's distance from the key slot).
