One of our local guys had his spacers in for over a year!

The real problem is that is screws up the geometry of the suspension. The dammage you will see will likely be in the form of a bent wheel when you take a corner a little too agressively and kick the tail around.

Congrats Quiks2k, I'm sure you'll have plenty of fun in your new ride. Now you just need to take the windshield tape off.

Windshield tape? You mean the reg sticker? Hells no!!! With the police around here and the "Pull me over Yellow", I shall keep it on for a bit We even got pulled over in my bro's truck *with* the reg sticker, I can just imagine what they would do with the S....Probably want to impound it thinking it is stolen or some crap.

Hey thats awsome man. I got my Silverstone 2 months ago, but the funny thing is I haven't seen it yet. I left for europe before it arrived and haven't gotten back yet. Mine came with a lot more than 8 miles on it from what I remember. Your lucky you got it with low miles...I mean the car is a bit more ALL YOURS that way.

The frame around the windshield is backened by use of tape. The metal underneath is painted body color. The idea was to remove the tape if you got a Hardtop installed. Some people have found chipped paint under there, but most seem to be OK. That's what he is referring to removing, not your regististation sticker.

I'm sorry for you. I would hate to be without it knowing it's just sitting there, but then again, you're on vacation!!! That and you have something to look forward to when you get back. As for the mileage, I saw how people "test drive" them, and decided I wanted one that wasnt beat on or even driven by anyone other then me and the tech at Honda. It was actually only supossed to have 3-5 miles on it tops, but I guess the tech liked it more then they thought. Like you said, this is all mine

Ralper, done and done (quite often, I've heard the horror stories)

You can get replacement tape from somewhere. You cannot reuse the tape once you take it off. You might want to do some searchs to get tips on how to clean off residual adhesive.

The more I look at your pix, the more I am SURE you have the spring spacers in. Look at the wheel gaps in your pix, then look at mine:
