Default Finally....i bought a S2000 today.....

ive been a member here for a while now....an i knew i was going to buy one.....today was the day......

its my second day out of my ten day vacation and i was very bored....spent the majority of the day on the internet finding and chisling salespeople over the phone.....

the outcome :

36/36 lease , $1292.35 upfront fees, $18,000 trade (02 RSX-S 7,500 miles)

$430.85 per month. Silverstone w/ Black interior.

I think i got a really good deal.....wished i got more for my trade.....but all the other dealers i spoke with would only give me about 17,500 for it. Kelly Blue Book lists it for $20,755 , but i knew they always overappraise cars.

Pretty much it comes out to $1,000 over invoice, plus trade.

what do you guys think????

I'm one of you now!!!~

umm..if i am reading it correctly, you paid $1292 PLUS the trade-in? So all together you put down over $19,000 AND you're still paying over $400 a month for a LEASE?

Do you think that's a good deal? I think you must have a mistake in there, maybe you meant you financed the rest for 36 months? Otherwise I'm really really sorry for you since you're going to pay way more than MSRP for a simple 3 yr lease...

Plz explain....................you gave them you car and you are leasing the s2000 for 430.85 a month. This does not seem liike a good deal........ Maybe I missed something. I wish you the best. It is a great car.
