I agree with you there. I really hope they don't try to reintroduce some newer version. It will likely kill everything good about the s2k.

I heard that this isn't real and that next year they are coming out with a 320hp V6 S2000 that revs to 10000rpms, it also weighs 200lbs less than the current s2000.

i hope they do come out with an s3k. even a toned down auto-only, cruiser. it won't change the s2000, so i don't really care. the s2000 will always be known for what it is.

and i agree with the comment about resale value. i don't think it will go up, but replacement parts probably will. doesn't bother me though, i've had my s2k for four years and i won't be getting rid of it
