Finally VTEC!!
After several weeks of breaking it in
, I finally got to let my S2k rev out on a nice 90 degree day. I was on a country road at an intersection at a stop sign and when I let it rip, the two young guys on crotch rockets at a cross street decide to follow me and let their bikes rev out too. Later I ran into more crotch rockets and they were honking and waving from afar. I ran into them again later and they still were honking and waving.
And to top it off, when I went through the drive through at DQ (along with everyone else in the state) the young gal handed me my drink and seemed aloof, but then she cracked a little smile and said slowly "I sure like your car". I said "I do too!"

Oh man, I almost had to chnage my pants after i hit VTEC in the S for the first time. I have had DOHC VTEC hondas and have driven in friends cars with VTEc equiped engines as well, which you may think ruined my surprise. I think it magnified it cause no VTEC feels like S2K VTEC. AHHHHHHH, sorry, rambling, i just love the car tooooo much! Mike
