Just a curiousity... lol. I usually use my Index Finger but sometimes I get tempted to use my Thumb... lol.

That's funny man... it's totally one of those things that you just do sub-consciously but I bet if you go there to check it out and think of it... you'll sit there and still wonder and doubt yourself... lol. I do it all the time... Was it this one or this one or maybe, oh wait no... weeeeellll... maybe?... lol.
