I use my index finger.

I find myself trying to "finger" other cars now.

 

Middle finger but sometimes index finger when I think about which finger to use, then I realized I had a dilemma and thought about this thread and then I go online and post this.

 

On a side note, my friend wanted to test drive my car. I gave him the keys and wait for a call. Two minutes later I called him instead and said, "look to the left" and hung up. Suddenly I hear my S start up from inside the house lol.

 

Left Index finger. The annoying bit is that my Wife has an 06 RSX-S and the mirror adjustment knob is the same general size and in the same location so if it's been a few weeks without me driving it I'll jump in and turn the key to Accessory and poke the Mirror knob to attempt to start it. Life is great when you can laugh at yourself for stupid shit like that.

 

I use my middle finger. It's the longest finger, so it'll get there the fastest!

 

Index! Never really thought to use other fingers lol Maybe a thumb once or twice.
