Default First Accident :(.....

Cant believe it but I rear ended some cute chick after she cut me off and I didnt give her a space cushion (GO FIGURE xD). She slammed her brakes and I didnt pay attn for a millisecond and before I knew it I slam into her car at 5-10mph (slammed my brakes...looking back i feel as if my tires skid like a non ABS setup...). Immediately after, some dude in a nice C230 benz slams into my rear.

At this point I didnt think it was real until i realized i was not moving and was staring at the chicks car for more than 10 secs. REally thought I pwned my S2k given how loud both collisions were.

All in all the chick in front who i rear ended suffer NO damage at all (lucky her...)

I got my license plate bent and undulated and my bumper is slightly not aligned on the passenger side, got two big scuff marks on ym rear.

Sorry baby (s2k) i didnt mean to be lousy tailgating driver...

So Im assuming that im liable for my front bumper and the benz dude is liable for my rear?

Glad everyone was fine, nice, honest, and NO TOWING!!!!!!!!

Careful out there fellas

lol here in the BS state of arkansas, we have a set of BS laws. one of them is in a multi-rear end collision, the last person to strike enter the pile up is responsible for EVERYONE!!!

my friend was driving around with 6 other cars, he was in the back. they all somehow rear-ended each other. the cop only gave one ticket and my friend was stuck with a bill for 8 cars; his, 6 of his friends and the car that started it.

Just because you hit her doesn't necessarily mean its your fault. If there were any witnesses they would of saw her cut you off which would make it her fault.

You got her number though so I wouldn't make her pay if you have a chance .
