Nice! I'll be at Brooksville sunday (fedex is supposed to deliver my test pipe saturday).
The SCCA CFR solo2 guys are a nice bunch of people. I haven't run in any of the east coast events outside the Sebring event, I mainly stick to the west coast events.

 

Brooskville is closed to registration right? I tried to register Monday, but missed it. Supposed to be very nice with more runs.

 

yes the Solo II folks are very nice. The fastest A stock of the day was an S2K and he was the thrid fastest car in all classes (not counting the Shadows .

 

Brooksville registration closes 9 days before the event, so they can get the list to the airport personnel. Last brooksville event was the 5th and 6th, and we got in 10 runs saturday, and 6 runs sunday My tires and brakes were hating life by the end of the weekend

 

Let me guess...either Terry Tabor or Ken Marion? White AP1 or Silverstone?

Those 2 guys are blindingly fast.

 

It was Terry, yes. He drove my car for a practice run to show me what it would do and Wow, that was a whole other level!

 

Yea, I rode with him for a fun lap at Sebring...totally opened up my eyes to everything I was doing wrong.
My times have been about 4-5 seconds faster since then
