Default First Time Road Tripping!

Hey guys!

So, I'm gonna be taking my s2000 on her first very long drive from Sacramento CA to Las Vegas NV.
The car has a Comptech Supercharger w/ AC and has been running fine since the install a month ago.
I just want to know if you guys have any tips for long drives? Frequent breaks? Anything I should be concerned about with the supercharger?

If your car is as low as your signature picture, be very careful about roads you're unsure of, keep an eye out for dips, potholes, big bumps.
Remember to bring music, food, drink, and if you can someone to bring so you don't get too bored on the drive. (If you have a radar/laser detector that's very handy on road trips as well.

At the first sign of fatigue, pull over and take a 5 minute walk around the car.

A bottle of water and some aspirin can be handy.

Looks like it's ~600 miles? Probably 2.5-3 tanks of gas, which means you have 2 built in stops. So fatigue shouldn't be terrible. Wear earplugs if necessary, and I like to keep a bottled drink on the passenger side floor hump (sits there really nicely). Don't forget sunglasses. Don't feel like a wimp if you have to put the top up for temp or noise reasons (actually, yes, feel like a wimp ) Other than that, have fun.

Hahah, it IS that low, but it's on air suspension (I know, I know, I ruined the car..).
Okay thanks, man! Rolling down with a big caravan so at least I'll have people around if something breaks lol

I thought this was a road trip. 600 miles is a day drive!
Probably 2.5-3 tanks of gas
Don't know about super charged cars, but I get 30+ mpg with mine on a trip. That would be 1 gas stop.

I can sometimes JUST squeak out 300 miles on a tank (no SC). I figured an SC would be worse, and that other people aren't as willing to drive for miles with the gas light on

The s2000 community here in vegas is pretty aweseome actually. If you're going to be here on Wednesday, we always have a meet up at a different restaurant. If you're interested, PM me and I can get you introduced to everyone.

i just drove to LA from SF with my S alone couple weeks ago.
However i dont have a supercharger.
last time i believe it used abt 1.5-2 tanks from SF to LA alone so i think prob. 3-4 tank for you. just top up before going on hwy 5
and check the tire pressure, motor oil level, all kind of fluid level, top up water
