Default Fit for Tall Guys

I'm 6'3", with 36" inseam. How will I fit in the S2000 with the top up? Anyone have any issues with their knees hitting the steering wheel during shifting?

Thanks.

Dave

How much do you weigh?

Most likely you will have to do some folding to get in and out but if your slim and slender you will fit no probs. I am 6'2" and fit just fine. 33" inseam.

My dad of 6'5" and about 270 can fit and drive though definitly not a daily thing. His legs just about touch......his head has an inch or 2 of room.

Go down to your dealership and see if you can get a test fitting. Good luck on a drive!

I am large frame 6'4" with a 34 inseam 235 lbs. Not much room to spare for me on leg room but head room is fine and I have a large torso.
My brothers have a 36 inseam 6'6" and the car is to tight for anything but short distances for them. They both have M3's.
The S2000 was the most comfortable of the two seat roadsters on the market for me.

I am 6'2", and have no problems at all. The only thing is that my left knee sometimes hits the stereo cover when it is down and I am operating the clutch (RHD car). No big deal really though... There is heaps of headroom in this car with the roof up - I can't see too many people having a problem in that regard.

You should do a search on this topic...

I had the same concern before buying my car... I test drove one, and I realized that the fit was almost perfect... Plenty of headroom and *almost* enough leg room. I am 6"2, 190 lbs, 33" waist and 34" inseam.... a lean machine just like my S2K...

You need to drive the car to really find out if it is a good fit for you.

To answer the weight question, 185 lbs. Sounds like it should be OK. I appreciate the info. I didn't want to waste time going to a dealer if it was clear that it wouldn't work.

Have a good Thanksgiving.
