No install instructions for the JDM side markers?
Yes. There is (should be) a piece of paper in your shipment which points you to this URL...

Thanks for the link. Didn't find the piece of paper, but I could have misplaced it.

The instructions were good, but they missed one thing: that the left side marker is different from the right side marker, and how to tell the difference. I happened to notice that the wiring was not going back in exactly the same way, and when I went back and checked the yellow side markers, sure enough, the notches for the bulb socket were in different locations. Not a real problem as it was easy to swap the clear ones to get them on the correct side, but some people might not notice.

Only Honda's engineers could be so finicky as to have different side markers for the left and the right just to maintain symmetry, but I love them for it.

Muz, why do you keep posting pics with the red and black trim. When I ordered, you didn't have the red trim. Don't post something you don't have, period.

BTW, thanks for the last minute change in the order I placed. Looks like crap in my S. I ended up selling my mats to another s2ki member.

Oh, another thing, great PM or email communication, took you forever to respond.

Loss my business, too.

I'm not sure, but I think the red trim is available for prestige mat only.

Anyway, what floor mat are you using now? I've been trying to read up on reviews on the mats lately, and they have certainly been mixed. From the pictures, the driver's side looked okay (except that exceltoexcel mentioned the dead pedal doesn't fit too well ... which I couldn't tell from the pictures, since most of them don't go that far), but then the passenger side was what worries me a little. I haven't really see much of the close up pics on the passenger side. Part of the reason for shopping for some aftermarket mat is to save the "hump" from wearing out, and fitment's definitely going to part of my equation. If you have some pics, can you post of them? Thanks!

Hi.

Thanks for your concern however we have managed to source red trim from a new supplier so we do in fact have it in stock once again.

I don't conduct business by PM because (like most other vendors) I don't have time to surf the forums all day long. I can service each customer far more efficiently if all communication goes to the email address of my business. I don't think this is an unreasonable expectation. I receive hundreds of emails each week so an instant response is not always possible. I do endeavour to answer all emails within 48 hours however.

Hi Ks320, I remember you from when I put the mat up for sale. Sorry, that another member beat you to it.

To answer your question: I'm using OEM red mats. As far for the cross bar area and the exposed. I found some bath towels that matches the color of the S red almost perfectly. As you know, the aftermarket mats red color is too brite for the S interior. S interior is I would say dark red.

To get back to the question, I used the bath towel and had them custom tailor cut to cover the exposed area (the area where the Muz mat would cover). Then I had them sewn into the OEM mat (courtesy of my mother) So, when I take out the mats for cleaning, the towels are comes out also.

I know this is ghetto, but the color matches perfectly and no one has noticed them either.

I think the mats from muz or rick is way overprice for my budget.

I'm not complaining Muz, you have a great product. To recap, I ordered Black mats with Red trim. Got a email a week later, that you are out of the red trim.

Yes, I take the blame for my second color option. I didn't know that I could have back out of the order. The email did not state that.

Man, chill out, sorry you took it the wrong way.

No big deal MUZ, I try to be a good member and I'm not here to start a war. Take care.
