Would anyone who owns an aftermarket flywheel care to comment on the performance enhancement it provided? In your words what does it have to offer? What flywheel do you own and which do you think is the best?

I had an act prolite in my B16 ek. The revs woudl pick up a little faster but was a little bit of a pain in traffic. I also had it mate to an Exedy clutch and pressure plate.
