Has anyone expressed the fun and enjoyment associated with rebuilding the engine both top and bottom so that the entire system using sc or turbo produces between 400 and 500 horsepower yet? Or the joy that exists with improving the braking capacity and suspension improvements needed to properly handle the additional power?

I cannot remember who said it above, but it is a never ending circle of fun and my computer time has easily tripled. I finally started going to some joke forums and sites just to have another excuse to provide my ball and chain with when she tries to shut off my computer.

Stay healthy my fellow S2k junkies!

You've been on the forum almost 4 years.

If you haven't done the following, I'd say you're in good shape:

1. Sold your S, only to buy another one to replace it after realizing what a horrible mistake you've made.

2. Upgraded more than 5 different vehicle areas (engine, clutch, stereo, differential, etc).

3. Spent more than $10k in mods

4. Only to spend an hour changing your own oil to save $10 (the official line is "I don't trust anyone with my car")

5. Have spent so many hours on the site that if you were paid $5 / hr for all the time surfing, you could have bought a Porsche instead....

6. Still wouldn't have it any other way.
I have done all of those except #1.

Sounds like we need a 12-step program for deprogramming our mod junkies!
