Here you go, you can get a simple guide on what part of your hood to cut in order for the mugen/j's intake to clear. I cut my hood with a simple dremel, it is fairly easy but is somewhat time consuming. If you are not comfortable with doing this yourself, just simply have a shop do it for you.
