i forgot to mention that i wear disposable gloves while eating and then i switch over to "driving gloves" just so i won't get the steering wheel an shift knob dirty from the oil from my hands. I also wash these "driving gloves" daily!

It's real mechanically separated chicken.

I'll eat in the beater but definitely not the s2k.

lol, you're joking right?

Seems like a lot of trouble when you could just...not eat in the car

I never eat in the S2K. The only thing I'll drink in the S2K is a bottled drink with a screw on cap that can be re-closed when not actively drinking. Coffee and cigs are HUGE no/no's to anyone who enjoys a clean fresh smelling interior.

Several people have mentioned odors left behind from smoke, coffee and food. I do all of these in my S and would challange anyone to detect an odor of anything except the last conditioner I used on the seats. The in-cabin filter will capture all of these smells and blow them back into your face if you routinly use the recirculating feature of your temperture controls. Avoid this button and keep your s2000 fresh year around. Relax, enjoy that cup of coffee or your favorite sandwich on your next lesurley trip to a pleasent destination. If you should happen to make a mess, CLEAN IT UP.

Smoke leaves more than odors; it leaves tar. Your conditioner may mask it, but it's not nonexistent, even with the windows open. My previous job had an indoor smoking room with an exhaust vent. It was brown around the exhaust vent just from the smoke.

As far as food, I just have never been so strapped for time that I couldn't find 5 minutes outside the car to eat. Cleaning a table is easier than between seats.
