Have to admit, dropping a french-fry between the seats is a possibility but at the same time, only a minimal effort needed to retrieve it. I can clean my car very easily regardless. worst case- of mud tracked in by myself or my passenger, clean it up. It is something I would be doing anyway. Cleaning is simple and fast and not something to dread or fear. I don't think I would enjoy any car if I felt for any reason I had to maintain a steril enviroment. My car may not be hospital clean but it is very clean and friendly much like my living room in my home and thats the way I treat it and look at it.

Hahah some of you guys are too paranoid. I rarely eat in my car, just because I don't come across opportunities? But I smoke in my car, and have had no problems. Although, I my interior is gone...

I've eaten a garlic shrimp dinner in my car. No biggie, when done, drop the top and air it out on the way home. Seems like the only smell that lingers is pussy juice.

I've come to my "no eating or smoking" rule in the S2000 after owning countless other vehicles and allowing it.

You can clean every week to get crumbs and ash out, or you can wait til you get out the car and never have to clean it up. I wouldn't complain to someone else or tell them they're wrong for allowing it, but I intend to keep the car and if I don't ever allow smoking or eating in the car -- I'll never have to worry about a grease stain or BURNS in the interior from the OOPS accidental drop. I was super careful eating in my CRX since it had mint seats, and, well after a few months one cherry was finally dropped and left a nice burn. Not worth it

I don't consider it paranoia. Maybe OCD, but I am sure I'll never have regrets

I don't think I've ever eaten in the s2k, at least nothing more than some candy or gum. I definitely don't get a drink unless it's a bottle. That cup holder is the most worthless thing I've ever seen....I keep extra hair scrunchies in it (Its ok cuz I'm a girl)

No offense but that must be some seriously nasty snatch you have leaking onto your seats. I've never smelled any residual juice lolol
