I'm not sure if anyone said this already but you'll need a new performance clutch as recomended by Vortech.

Are you going to install it your self? If so, I'm sure a few of us might be able to lend a hand. If not, you've got to atleast give me a ride in it. As far as mods, you should be just fine w/ only the SC kit. Like XViper said, you will have to replace the clutch somewhere along the line then most likely the diff too. VAFC, and 3 inch exhaust would help also, but not necessary.

hey 1fasts2k...I am not going to install it myself, because I would have NO clue what to do. I don't know anything about working on engines, due to lack of experience. I plan to go to an automotive school after college because I want to be a performance shop owner. Do you know any shops in town that would do a good job on this install? Thanks!

No, that's not true. One of the Spugen cars showed up at the last group drive and you could tell something was up by the odd whine that was coming from the car. It's quite obvious.

I think you should wait until your boss says yes or no. Just because your boss said he would try to get it for free, does not mean that he will be successful. Friends or not, business is business.

That was then, this is now. One dealt with advertising and the one you would get, would not. It is not the same scenario.

Apparently you have never ridden in or driven a supercharged car. The whine will be quite noticeable.

I knew that the supercharger would whine. A local guy has a supercharger and you can hear it when he drives. I meant just appearance, not while I am driving. And by the way lanbrown, I plan on having my car ready for SEMA 2004. So in a way, it is the same scenario!
