i guess for some people, their cars define them so much that it would be upsetting to have someone else with the same car. (probably the same ones who hate seeing more S2000's on the road at all) personally, i think its pretty cool that someone else has as good taste as i do ( ) and I would compliment them on it. my car does define me in some ways and i get mods to set it apart. ultimately though, i'm happy to see others enjoying the car like i do. if everyone had an S2000 the road would be full of

I agree with yu888.

Plus how much fun would that be if your long time friend had the same car?! You would never have to look far for a good humoured well matched back road mission partner.

(Hmmm. That was meant in a sincere manner but turned out kind of soft).

I agree, but not the same color and everything. It wouldn't bother me if they got a different color S2K, because like you said, that would be cool. But the same exact color? Come on....

I totally agree with pappy on this one. I really liked being the one in the group with yellow S2000, everyone knows that's my car, and now one of my best friends has one too. I guess i'll get over it:

My Buddie, TheHoner, was going to get an RSX, we were even there to watch them be unloaded minutes after being unloaded. I didn't like it and told him to just try my S (he hadn't seen it yet). After a short test drive in the S, and a small cruise, he went shopping.

Yeah he said he loves it, and he knows what i'm talking about when i say how fun the car is to drive. I am glad that he really does appreciate the car a lot. That helps a little.
