Default Front Bumper---NEED HELP!

I've had my car back from the body shop now for about two weeks. There are two problems--- first, My bumper doesn't align right (to me) The body shop has taken it off twice because there was a problem w/ paint runs. On the drivers side the side part sticks out a little and the "crease line" from the head light to the side seems to stick out just slightly. Can I re align it ? I would prefer not to take it back to the body shop---I had asked them about it and they gave me a BS answwer and said it was like that because of the one screw and clip

Also there is slight paint on the edge of the black grill which meets the painted bumper on the lower side--what is a good cleaner that will remove the paint? W/ out damaging the black plastic? Any help would be appreciated

did they paint a NEW bumper? or the existing bumper? The bumper isn't that expensive, and is cheaper for most body shops to buy a new one rather than strip down the existing one.

also, how did you pay? cash/check/credit card/or are they handling it w/insurance?

It is a brand new bumper. The thing is I know it probably can be realigned because on my orginal i had a problem w/ the 'lip" that goes under the headlight assembly kept popping out so I took it in for warranty work and they fixed it. ( also the right side had the problem I have now, but the dealer ship corrected itself when I had it in)

Basically where the bumper meets the front fender (looking at it from the front) the two edges stick out a little instead of being flush w/ the head light and on the side wher the two meet.

There's a small screw that holds the upper end of the plastic to the steel fender above it on either side. And there are a number of small clips the hold the upper edge in place against the lower edge of the headlights. It sounds like some of these fasteners haven't been installed correctly.
