hi, i am thinking of getting a front grill for my s2k. any suggestion? pros and cons? how much? how to install?

The Coastal Metals grill is pretty good.
I made my own though, pretty easy to do if you have the right tools and materials.

 

I put the CM one on a couple weeks ago. Took about 3 minutes to install, the only tool needed was a phillips head. I did the stainless, because I wanted it to stand out.

looks really cool
but i will probably go for the black grill ...

i really want the center grill cause i want to keep things OUT OF the radiator.
but what's the side grill for?

I got the side grills because I'm planning on running some ducts to cool the brakes. I don't want any large debris getting in there.

 

There was a debate in the past that the grilles restricted too much airflow and under extreme conditions like the racetrack and the car ran hotter than it should. Was this debate resolved?

I would go for the grille that has the greatest amount of airflow. Which one is that and has that grille been used on the track? These are my questions.

 

In addition to Triple-H's very relevant questions listed above, I wanted to specifically ask if anybody can comment on whether a front grill would reduce airflow (and therefore reduce performance) in an S2K with AEM CAI.

I am almost set on the AEM CAI and was thinking of a front grill, but am not sure if the grill will cut down on gains from the CAI.
