Front Mount intercooler
Wondering if they are parting out the car. I call dibs.
As we are on the topic of Electric Superchargers, I have one for you. I read this article a few years back, I think some of you will find it interesting.

Wow, i'll try to keep from saying anything mean, but I never thought the day would come where I would see a question like this.
I remember back in the day "aerospeed" use to sell a type of CAI that went down in the grille opening of the bumper and it was basically a pipe with a huge filter in the shape of a FMIC, and all it would do was get your filter exposed to all of the elements and dirt and grime while you would drive, so they came up with a piece of plexiglass that went in front of it, which would basically negate any gains that it might have had. Overall, its just a retarded idea, and the pic of that neon is just sickening.

lets think about this for a second, ok first of all, having cool ambient air go through an intercooler will serve what purpose?
and just for the record, for all those that think having a metal pipe that goes to a filter outside of the engine bay is a good way to keep the intake temperature down, should re-think the whole situation.
Metal heats up and cools very fast, unless I am terribly mistaken, which isn't a terrible thing, but simply adding some type of block off plates etc. are going to benefit you more than any cold air intake,
the ones from Mugen, Spoon, J's, ASM, etc. that have an inlet in the bumper seem to make the most sense, they aren't moving the actuall intake point of the situation too far away from the intake manifold, but they are still bringing in a controlled amount of cool air to completely drowned the filter. power? maybe, throttle response? hell yes!
front mount intertakalator? **** no please. The S2000 Original Intake design is actually pretty damn efficient compared to most.
