Default Front / Rear Subrame (Crossbeam)

Hello, I don't know if they are bent but couple months ago I ran over something
and guess it caught the subrame on front and rear and shifted them toward back.
I do not know if its bented but if they are, can it be straightened or the only way
is to replace them. If it can be straightened how much would it cost approximately?

You should take it one step at a time. First find out IF there is any damage before you get too far ahead of yourself. Once you assess the damage, you will also know the extent of it and whether or not other stuff got damaged with it. How can anyone say how much it will cost to fix something that may or may not need fixing?
