Front Strut Bar?
Cusco and Comptech front bars look good and
I guess are about equal in adding stability
to the way the car handles. The question is,
for a stock stook that won't be raced, should
I get a front strut bar? I do like to add "goodies" to my cars. i.e. my Durango has about $3,000 - 3,500 of "stuff" added to it.

I have the Comptech STB. I am going to start to AutoX next year. If having this bar moves me to a different class, I will remove it for these events. Same with the Spoon X-Brace, when I get it...
As posted previously, people have noticed having it on rough terrain...
After my next mods - the TB, FRP and X-brace, gonna do a comparison with my friend's S2k which is mod free...

Black7564, if you are going to race in SCCA A Stock class, a strut bar is not legal for that class. Same with the FPR and the X-brace. The exhaust would be OK.
Racing tires will make more difference than any of the above mods.
You have two other options, ASP (A Street Prepared) or run X runs (time only).
