Default front under cover missing

so i took a look under the car today, and i find that the cover between the two wheel wells that connects to the bumper is missing. and the drivers side bumper doesn't fit right.

part 10 is missing. and maybe 9

is it dangerous if i don't replace it right away?
and how much does that stuff cost to install?

i think it is used to direct air flow. it looks like it bolts with the plastic clips... seems easy to do .

You'll be fine without it. I think it is there to help gas mileage. It is simple to install though, so if it were me, I'd replace it.

Just readded this to my car. It was easy. A few bolts (you have the exploded view, you can see what connects to where pretty much)

It took maybe 30 minutes and most of that was getting the car in the air (got all 4 up in the air so I could do a once over the undercarriage since it is a "new to me" car) and me "ohhing and ahhing" at the suspension.

Regardless, its not expensive, was put there for a reason by honda, and is easy to install with a ratchet and some drivers and a flathead screwdriver.

It cost me ~$70 at the stealership for part #10 and the bolts and clips to install. HAP should be cheaper.
