Frustration at Weseloh Honda
Had to vent. I bought my S2000 from a private party a couple weeks ago (15k miles, $21k), and LOVE it. Before any upgrades, I wanted to bring it up to "as new" condition.
When at my local Honda dealer earlier this week, the salesman said that there was a TSB for the taillight AND spark plugs on the car--bring it new for new ones. GREAT! I'm loving this place.
I just got my car back--not only do I have TWO new dents and a scratch in the door, but I asked them to look at the side strakes and they ended up giving me back the car with the screws 3/4 out of the holes! NOT GOOD.
How do I know about the dents and scratches? I had "dent mechanics" come to my house yesterday and pull all the various dings out of the car (only 2). Now I get two NEW ones! Also, I had the car professionally hand waxed last weekend.
Bottom line--they offered to take out the dents themselves (make appointment), and offered a free oil change. However, I'm too pissed. I can't bear to leave the damn car with a bunch of monkeys again.

It could very well be an honest mistake. I would give them just this one chance to correct the issue and retain your business. If the dent removal/oil change are not up to your standards then find a new dealership.
Now that I've had a chance to calm down, I think I will give them another chance. I feel like the "front office" guys are spectacular, and I really appreciated that they not only told me about the TSB's, but even knew the prevous owner and his (really good
) maintenance habits. However, they're not the guys working on the car.
Thanks for the unbiased input.
