Default FSTB worth it?

I was wondering if a FSTB is worth it, since the car is fairly stiff structually. Also I was curious if it had any downsides, like increased bump steer, rubbing in the engine bay. Lastly, if you guys have any recommedations on brands feel free to add. I am guessing that most work very much the same.

Some say it increases the structure strength, others say it smooths out bumps. I didn't feel a thing. I guess it might help if you track the car, but I doubt it will reduce your track times at all. Look around some of them will not clear certain intakes.

I would think a bigger front sway bar would be more important, in stabilizing the car.
