Default fumoto oil drain valve question

first, so no one has to ask what it is-
its a valve that has an easy to open lever that allows the oil to be drained just by moving the lever... so you can easily change your own oil.

now my question-
wanted to order one, but noticed that they have two models
f106
or
f106n
they say the n hangs down a bit further...

anyone with this valve, which one did you get?
is your car lowered?
(i am trying to find out which one works with a lowered car)

I believe the one ending in "n" means it has the nipple attachment.

All I remember is that I had to order two pieces. The drain and the adapter. I didn't get the one with the nipple.

the site says:

<<
The Drain Valve for passenger cars and light trucks is approximately 7/8" thick. This means that the valve sticks out only 1/2" more than the regular plug head from the oil pan. The Nipple on the N-Types Valve extends from the valve for 5/8". We do not recommend using the N-Types valve for vehicles with low clearance, as the valve may stick out too far against the ground.

Yeah, make sure you get the adaptor, otherwise it won't fit. I played around on the website and found a list that told me that the adaptor was needed, and which part number the particular adapter was. Works great!

The nipple is so if you cant get a pan under the car, you can attach a hose to it, and suck the oil out to an oil container from above ground.

One thing to check.....Ricks (www.ricks2k.com) sells these also, and would probably have more info on them!
