Default Fuse puller

The question is really just a curiosity rather than any problem.
The OM states - "Use the fuse puller supplied in the accessory fuse box"
There wasn't one in my box.
I bought my car new and am curious if any of the S2000's had this small tool.

Yes, it should be in the fuse box under the hood.

Edit: oops is it under the dash?

It's not in the acc. box under the hood but might be in the box under the dash. I just went out and looked under the dash and it may be there but I couldn't make a quick identification of one. Adding to the problem ,I'm unable to remove the small panel that covers it, I'm still able to change fuses but only at the price of some conveince.
Thank you both for the answer.

Pretty sure its attached to the back of that small cover that you're having trouble removing.

On my MY00 and wife's MY03 it's a little white plastic thing stuck into the under-dash fuse box. There's nothing covering those fuses - maybe it's an AP2 thing?
