Bustin, Congrats! Fatherhood is very cool. I bought an '02 w/ 20k mi just a few weeks ago with $4500+ in mods. I paid $29k which is pretty much in line with what Bent also is looking at and with the market here. I actually looked at several '02's that were stock and they were all $27k+. I would think you should get very close to what you paid for it. No less than $1000 under MSRP(excluding tax).

I think that would be a deal if I was looking for a new '02. No dealer hassle or BS etc. The warranty transfers... why not? You just provided a breakin service
