They might be back - might want to get a night-security camera. I guess you can't put it in the garage?

I feel your pain. I'm fairly paranoid about my S2k. I had someone steal another car from me, and my neighbor reported someone suspicious scoping out my S2k at my apartment complex. I've been looking for indoor storage, and thankfully I found a storage place very nearby that will allow me to store a bunch of boxes, as well as the S2k in the unit.

At least they didn't cut the harnesses and actually unplugged them. I agree you're lucky in an unlucky way. They could have stolen the airbags, seats, etc but didn't.

that sucks, guy must of come prepared with a screwdriver and previous knowledge or where to find it... why would someone steal something like that... if you try to get the keys cut for it would it not come up as being stolen on the Honda database or something??

in addition to what i said contact honda local and get it marked on system or something... may help find the person that bought it off of them and then who they bought it off of etc etc. follow the paper trail.

there are o paper trails to follow, you walk into a dealership and buy parts there is no way to track who bought what

I'm sorry to hear. A little odd though on the particulars that they stole. Either they were looking for something specific or just really stupid. It's good that they didnt take your seats though. Karma will bite those MFer's 10x worst. Anyways, good luck with the repairs.
