Whatever happend to the $5 mechanical o2 simulator mod that you just drill out spark plug foulers and screw the o2 sensor into the foulers then into the testpipe, thats what I did and have had no engine light since. How does this differ?

The first run seemed a bit low for an 04 car, but the gains it provided were very nice

Was any tuning done to acheive these results or are these simply direct bolt in results?

It seems like you might have done some tuning since it was an hour and a half in between each pull.
