I was just at Ganley on monday to pick something up from Jeff.....he was making a delivery on wednesday to New York so thats why he wasn't there......I know you weren't trying to tear the guy apart but try and cut him a little slack.....he and Joe do a lot for just 2 guys....hell they do alot for 10 guys......if anyone's to blame you can jump on the next newbie from New York

I'm a big fan of the guys over at Ganley, and Bass has a point that I think everyone needs to understand. You're paying for the price, not the convenience and customer service (which is pretty good anyway!)
